The Welcoming BBQ is FREE for ALL UQMSA & QUTMysa Members, so do come along with your friends and enjoy a free feast of Aussie-style BBQ and Malaysian kuih-muih!

Time: [Relay Race] 9.30am - 11.30am; [BBQ] 11:30am – 3:00pm

Relay Race Explanation and Registration

The Relay Race will be held on the grounds of Southbank at the same location as the BBQ site, and participation is just $2 per person! So... 

How do I / my team sign up?

1.     Gather a team of 5 people or sign up individually, as pairs, or with three or four people. If you’re signing up individually or have less than 5 people in your team, you will be placed into a team by our committee.

2.     Register here: http://l.uqmsa.org/relayrace16 by 4th August (Thursday) before 12pm!

3.     Receive a confirmation email with more information regarding the Race on the afternoon of the 4th of August (Thursday)

Only 5 pre-registered teams are accepted so it’s on a first-come-first-serve basis!

Exciting PRIZES await for the best 3 groups so hurry up and SIGN-UP NOW! ;)

Wanna gain a different experience than merely joining the event? Give us a HELPING HAND at grilling and serving food at the BBQ, and join our committees for heaps of JOY on the day! Spaces for volunteering are limited, so wait no more and sign up straight away! :D

Hope you had an awesome winter break along with your families and friends :) To all returning members, SELAMAT PULANG!

We have exciting events lined up for this semester, so be sure to come and check it out at our booth during Semester 2 MARKET DAY. We will be accepting UQMSA membership registration during this time. The event details are as follow :-

Date: 27th July 2016 (Wednesday)
Time: 10:00am - 2:00pm
Venue: Great Court at UQ

Booth location: Booth 96 (near Alumni Court & Goddard Building)

Drop by our booth to chat with our committees and also have a serving of homemade KUIH MUIH upon presenting your membership card! We will also be selling our MEMBER T-SHIRT at ONLY $7 per piece exclusive for Market Day!

We will be needing extra hands during the event and we're opening up VOLUNTEERING OPPORTUNITIES for you! The experience volunteering with the UQMSA family will surely be a memorable one! If you are keen to be a volunteer, simply follow the steps below:

2. In the email, please provide your name, contact no. and availability (time)

Once we receive your emails, we will get back to you on it soon after! Volunteers will be recruited on a first come, first serve basis. So, send that email right away! 😉
