Got some stuff you wanna dispose of? Have some things in your garage and don’t know what to do with them? Come sell them off on UQMSA Jumble Sale!! Details as below:

Date: 6th May 2010 (Thursday)
Venue: UQ Grassy Knoll (the grassy area opposite the lolly shop)
Time: 10 am – 4 pm
Items for sale: clothes, knick-knacks and other non-perishables.
Info for sellers:
1. All members are invited to bring in whatever goods they have that are in good condition for sale (clothes, books, knick knacks, etc – no food allowed)! A minimum of 10 items and maximum of 20 items will apply.
2. Sellers will be charged a flat fee of $5.
3. All sellers must be present by 9 am on the day for registration. You will be given sticker labels to affix to all items, and the information that will be written on these labels is your seller ID (three alphabets), item codes (1-20) and price (as determined by you).
4. Feel free to stay at the booth throughout the day or come by at 4 pm to collect any unsold items and sales proceeds.
5. Please register your interest by the 30th of April (Friday) by sending an email to uniqmsa@gmail.com with the subject heading ‘UQMSA Jumble Sale’ as well as your name, contact number, a description of the items you intend to bring in (eg women’s clothes) and estimated number of items.
Note:
1. UQMSA will not be held accountable for any losses, so all items are to be brought in at your own risk.
2. All registration will be on a first come, first served basis.
3. All unsold items that are not collected by 4:30 pm will be disposed of or donated to charity.

P/S: There has been a mistake on the date of this event in the circulating emails we sent out. This event will be on the 6th of May (Thursday), not the 8th. Sorryyyy!
